great product!!
people were saying it's used but it seems brand new to me lol i haven't had a single issue with it and i'm glad it works perfectly fine because i genuinely needed the upgrade

Bad volume/speaker.No replacement option
New phone and volume is super low with volume turned all the way up ! Tried resetting phone and same results . The ringer/speaker super low . Barely can hear it ring from 5 ft away. Earpiece also super low and can barely hear the person on the other end . New and just transferred over and immediately noticeable . Had to retransfer back to original phone. Besides being very disappointed but the aggravation is , it’s return only and can take up to three business weeks for money to be returned into account . I am understanding that just because its new ,sometimes these things happen but for it to take so long for return by mailing and than repeating the process on purchase til money is back into account than waiting for a not a replacement but a new purchase again . This will takes weeks !! Very disappointed !!

It does have a few minor glitches or pauses but previous iPhones I've had on straight talk usually have some tweaks. it didn't come in an iPhone box, just a white box, however it was very sealed and professional looking. I got a charger but not the adaptor box or anything. Did come with a sim card (I didn't use it, I used my old SIM card to keep my number and pictures) and an apple sticker. It came very nice, no scratches or dents and was mostly charged when I turned it on. The color is the same as I wanted. I'm very happy with my purchase. Picture shown is with my casetify case on it. Phone is refurbished and comes in a loop box with no paperwork or anything just phone and generic charger. Cannot return back to store, you have to return back to loop and wait for refund!Jimmy

I was worried that it would come and be something that I wasted money on. I was pleasantly surprised when I had received my package a day after ordering and when I opened my box to reveal a brand new phone. It has very little wear and the battery health is at 99. If it says Loop Mobile then the phone is most definitely used even though they say in the phone specifications that it is a new phone. When you open the box, there is paperwork that specifically states that it is a refurbished phone and that there is no warranty on the phone. . There is a reason their prices are less expensive then the other sellers.David
